Once you start the game, you will be able to click on any available level to start playing.To make matches in the game, you will need to line up three gems of the same color. As you match, the matching gems will disappear, causing more gems to fall and fill the empty space left by the dissolved gems.When you make a match, the bar will fill the top of the screen. When the bar fills up, the level will be complete. At the end of each level, you will trigger a "free fall". This will trigger any Windchills on the screen and cause the gems to fall, earning you more points in the process.

If you run out of moves before the bar fills, you will not be able to pass the level. At this point, you can choose to retry the level from the beginning, or you can spend real money to continue the level from where it was last interrupted.

When finished, in the level summary game, you will see a breakdown of your performance in the level. The score you earn while playing the game determines the number of stars you earn in the level.

In some levels, you need to place certain items at the bottom of the screen. In these levels, you need to watch for items like crowns or goblets and then match them below them to force them down to the bottom of the screen
